Register online using our secure server. If you pay by credit card (American Express, Mastercard or VISA), you will automatically receive a receipt by email. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice. Payments will be accepted until 24 May 2013. After these dates, only desk registration (in Maastricht) is available (600 euro). If your company/institution requires an invoice in advance or an invoice for several participants, please contact TERENA to give us details of the required invoice. If you have questions or concerns about payments, please contact TERENA bookkeeper@terena.org to discuss your requirements.

Desk registration

For on-site registration in Maastricht (600 euro), payment may be made by credit card, by bank draft or in cash.

Visa requirements

Those requiring supporting documentation in order to obtain a visa should contact TERENA directly.

Please be aware that a letter of invitation does not imply any financial support. You will still be subject to the normal registration fee detailed above. Registration to the conference is necessary. The payment and accommodation booking must be made prior to requesting an invitation letter.

VAT Information

Registration fees include the Dutch VAT of 21%. If your registration is paid for by an entity (company, employer) that is VAT-registered in the EU, it will be possible for that entity to reclaim the Dutch VAT.

In that case, national VAT number of the company that pays for your registration should be on the invoice received from TERENA.

Therefore, if you want to make use of this possibility, make sure you have the VAT number ready when you register.

Reclaiming VAT paid in the Netherlands if your company is from outside of the EU is possible in principle as well, but it is not easy. More information is here.
