Will work for attributes! Save to my Google calendar

Attributes are a key element of federated identity managements systems based on SAML. Attributes state who a user is and which affiliations he has. Therefore, they are essential to identify and authorise users.

While attributes traditionally are managed and released by a user's home institution, this session is about aggregating and using attributes from additional attribute authorities: Be it to form virtual organisations or to manage user entitlements for more fine-grained access control.
