Follow the user!

For years NRENs have been serving their target audience: (Higher) education and research in their countries. Their business model is simple and their customers are clearly defined: organizations (institutes, schools etc.) in education and research. But with the incredible growth of services in the Internet, a new paradigm for learning and researching has come into existence. In this talk we would like to examine those changes and describe a vision how the education and research landscape will change. This vision hopefully helps NRENs to consider their future audience and business models.
